Return & Exchange Policy

At RituAbhushana, we take great pride in offering you a curated collection of Indian-inspired fashion jewelry that embodies timeless elegance and modern flair. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want to ensure a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • A return or exchange request must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Items should be returned with the original invoice and tags intact.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, body jewelry, toe rings, nose pins, and earrings are non-returnable unless received in a damaged or defective condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items bought during a sale or promotional campaign.

  • Customized or personalized jewelry.

  • Final sale items.

  • Worn or damaged jewelry due to improper handling after delivery.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Please email us at support@rituabhushana.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • Attach clear photos/videos of the item and outer packaging.

  • We will assess the issue and either offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@rituabhushana.com with your order ID and reason for return.

  2. Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team.

  3. Securely pack the item in its original condition.

  4. Ship the item to the return address provided in the email (shipping cost for returns may be borne by the customer unless the item is defective).

5. Refund Process

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are processed only once per order.

  • If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue store credit or suggest similar alternatives.

7. Store Credit

  • Store credits will be issued as a coupon code via email.

  • Valid for use on rituabhushana.com for up to 6 months from the date of issue.
